01What does “research use only” mean?
Every product we sell is intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Our compounds are not drugs, supplements, foods or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use. We do not provide dosing, administration or usage guidance of any kind.
02Who can purchase from Darkside Labs?
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and must confirm at checkout that they are buying for lawful laboratory research. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we believe products may be used outside of a research setting.
(02)Quality & COAs
01Do your products come with a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Each production batch is sent for independent third-party analysis, typically HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. Batch COAs are published in our COA library as soon as they are available; if a COA isn't online yet, contact us and we'll send it.
02How should products be stored?
Lyophilized peptides are best kept frozen (around −20 °C), protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted for laboratory work, solutions are generally kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C. Product-specific storage notes are listed on every product page.

01How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed before the daily cutoff on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next business day. Every package ships in plain, discreet packaging with tracking, and you'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility.
02How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, enter your order number and email on our order tracking page, or sign in to your account to see every order and its status.
03Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the destinations available at checkout. Researchers outside those regions are responsible for confirming that importing research compounds is lawful in their jurisdiction. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
(04)Payments & pricing
01Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by our secure, PCI-compliant payment processor and accepts major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your full card details.
02Are prices final at checkout?
Every price is listed on the product page. Shipping is a flat rate, and free above the threshold shown in your cart. Any valid coupon code is applied at checkout, where taxes are also calculated before you pay.
03What is your refund policy?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within the window described in our Refund Policy and we'll make it right. For quality and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
