Our products are supplied as research chemicals and reference materials. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or dietary supplements, and they are not manufactured, labeled, or sold as such.

02No therapeutic claims · Not FDA evaluated

• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
• Statements on this website and in our materials have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not FDA-approved for any use.
• Where a product page references published scientific literature or investigational studies, that information is provided only as background for researchers. It is not a claim that the product is safe or effective for any purpose, and it does not suggest any human or animal use.
• Nothing we publish or say is medical, veterinary, or health advice.

03No dosing or usage guidance

We do not provide (and our staff will not discuss) dosing, administration, protocols, “stacks,” cycles, or any other guidance relating to human or animal use, under any circumstances.

Customer service will not answer questions about human use. If a message, order note, review, or other communication indicates that products are intended for personal consumption or for use in humans or animals, we will decline to assist, and we may cancel any open orders (with a refund of amounts paid) and close the associated account.

We are happy to help with questions about order status, shipping, product specifications, storage conditions stated on the label, and Certificates of Analysis.

04Buyer attestation at checkout

Before completing any purchase, you must confirm that:

• you are at least 21 years of age;
• you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or business, and are purchasing for lawful laboratory research purposes only;
• the products will not be used for human or animal consumption or any non-research purpose; and
• you have read and agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

We record the date, time, and IP address of this confirmation with your order. Providing a false attestation is a breach of our Terms and may result in cancellation of orders, closure of your account, and liability under the indemnification provisions of our Terms.

05Our right to refuse or cancel orders

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, at our sole discretion, where we have reason to believe that:

• the products are intended for human or animal use, or for any non-research purpose;
• the buyer is under 21 or is not a qualified researcher or research organization;
• the order would violate federal, state, local, or international law, including at the destination; or
• the products may be resold, relabeled, or marketed for consumption.

Where we cancel an order for these reasons, we will refund any amount paid.

06Handling, storage & disposal

The buyer is solely responsible for:

• ensuring products are handled only by appropriately trained personnel in a suitable laboratory environment;
• using appropriate personal protective equipment and following institutional safety procedures;
• storing products under the conditions stated on the product page and label, and keeping them secure and out of reach of unauthorized persons; and
• disposing of products, containers, and waste in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are also responsible for complying with any licensing, registration, record-keeping, or institutional review requirements that apply to your research.

07About the Research Finder

Our Research Finder is an informational catalog-navigation tool. It matches the research areas you select to related products in our catalog and to background literature. It is not medical advice, does not evaluate any individual’s health, and must not be used to select any product for human or animal use.

08Certificates of Analysis

The Certificates of Analysis in our COA library are batch-specific analytical documents. Each one reports results (such as identity and purity by the stated method) for the specific lot tested, at the time of testing. A COA is not a warranty for any other lot, and it is not a representation that a product is safe or suitable for any use other than laboratory research. Always match the lot number on your vial to the corresponding COA.
